QCFI is privileged to have as members from all over India, persons who have held or holding senior executive positions with vast experience on implementing various Quality concepts. Hence, even though QCFI’s main focus is to propagate Quality Circle movement in India, it undertakes total responsibility to institutionalize. To educate, implement and propagate worldwide used Quality concepts.
Our master training includes a special focus on Quality Circle and many other integrated Quality Concepts which include Five-S, Lean QC, Kaizen, TMP, Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke, Value Engineering, Bench Marking, DoE (Design of Experiment), SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Dyes), QIT, WCM etc.
To provide training on effective use of basic (old) and advanced (new) seven QC Tools and Techniques and other problem solving techniques.
To conduct ‘Soft Skill Development Progammes’ on Behaviour-based Improvement (Mind Shaping), Personality Development, Public Speaking, Stage Daring and improving Communication skill, Time Mgmt, Stress Mgmt, work load Mgmt, improving presentation skills etc.
To facilitate Human Resource Development.
To achieve self and mutual development of employees and increase their contribution to organizational progress and enable people of our nation to face challenges and achieve success in this fierce competitive world.
To conduct Audits on Productivity, Quality, Safety, Five-S and ISO norms.
To organize Annual Chapter Convention on Quality Concepts (CCQC) and motivate participating teams by presenting awards and nominating them for National (NCQC) and Inter-national Conventions (ICQCC).
To arrange special guidance training on the preparation of QC teams for making effective and impressive Case Study presentations, make Case study Write-up and Register writing skills, QC Knowledge Test preparation for CCQC, NCQC, ICQCC participants.
To organize periodic conclaves, contests, Seminars, Workshops, special drives on Kaizen, QC, LQC, Five-S and other Quality Concepts.
To conduct Leader, Facilitator and Team Building development programme
To publish our periodical newsletters magazine “Susamwaad” to update our members on the activities of the Thane Chapter and sharing new techniques and knowledge in the areas of TQM.
