Insights from Dubai QCFI’s International Convention on Quality Concepts (19–22 November 2025)

Progressive organisations always believe in consistently improving their performance by developing their people, refining their processes, and enhancing their products to achieve world-class standards. I witness this remarkable phenomenon every time we organise national or international Quality Concepts Conventions.

QICQC 25 once again showcased this spirit of excellence. Leading organisations such as Adani, SAIL, NTPC, Mahindra & Mahindra, Arcelor Mittal Nippon Steel, Ashok Leland, Aditya Birla Group, V Guard, Kalpataru, TVS, UNO Minda, Legacy Life-spaces, Bharat Electronics, HAL, and Hindalco, among others, participated with great enthusiasm.

Their employees presented case studies that demonstrated innovative problem-solving, creativity, analytical thinking, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement. Many expressed deep appreciation for their organisations, acknowledging how such platforms broaden their perspective toward business realities and prepare them for future challenges.
